  • Account & Profile: name, email, mobile number, password (hashed), avatar, preferences, communication choices.

  • Learning & Test Data: enrolled series, test attempts, answers, scores, accuracy, speed, AIR (All-India Rank), weak/strong topics, bookmarks, notes, support tickets.

  • Payments: masked card details, UPI/transaction IDs, order IDs, billing info via payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full card/UPI credentials on our servers.

  • Device & Usage: IP address, browser, device type, OS, language, referral URLs, pages viewed, session duration, crash logs, cookies and similar technologies.

  • User Content: messages/emails you send us, reviews, feedback, uploaded documents (where applicable).

3) How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including personalised mock recommendations, analytics, and progress reports.

  • Process orders and payments; prevent fraud; provide invoices and support.

  • Communicate important updates, password resets, service changes, offers (opt out of non-essential marketing anytime).

  • Enforce Terms, comply with law, protect users’ safety and exam integrity.
